Aug 04, 2012 · Windows Updates & Activation: windows update stuck at 0% I just had windows 7 home premium 64 reinstalled, after having new hard drive installed by technician. I have managed to download IE11 again and all of the updates for it have succeeded. I am now trying to download the rest of the updates 224 of them, but am unable to do so.
